“Car recently broke down and I needed recovery, I had paid for car recovery but then told I had to pay £20 extra and give card details over the phone before recovery was sent out.I have never had to pay an extra to use the recovery that I had already paid for and wont be using this company again for this reason.”

“I have recently moved. So advised thee new address. The 2 other car insurances in the household decreased. One Call increased and charged an admin charge which the other 2 did not. I asked to cancel and was told that cancellation would cost £123 (policy is 6 halfway through) I investigated the cancellation charge. There is nothing in my policy docs it is just a charge put on by One Call, whose policy document states £55.99 cancellation. The extra is discounts that are added at inception are cancelled and now are charged.
I WILL BE CANCELLING AND NEVER RETURNING. It is still cheaper to cancel pay the charge and insure for a year elsewhere.”
