Quick and easy to sort out my car Insurance. Spoke with AB6 who was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Documents came through via E mail with fifteen minutes. Impressed!

My agent was MC7. I received first class and very efficient service, rapidly dealt with. I chose to pay by direct debit and everything was set up within minutes and information was waiting for me in my inbox the second my telephone call was finished. Many thanks.

I phoned to change my car Insurance for a change of car. The wait to get a person to speak to was quite long but the person who I spoke to identified by SR2 was very helpful and guided me through the procedure and completed the transfer of vehicles quickly and efficiently. Very pleased to complete the task in a very short time. Very pleased with the One Call Insurance and will use them again for their first class service.

LH5 made it very easy and stress free (unlike other companies) to change our insurance to you. Because my credit card was updated, the old number was no longer valid and the agent told me this, called back at a convenient time to me and was most obliging in so doing.

I had telephoned to ask about having my son added to my insurance which went very well I first spoke to Simon rix he took the payment and that was fine but unbeknown to me my son came down and when I said I had added him he said had I mentioned about his points for speeding (I knew nothing about this ) so I rang straight back and spoke to SH4 who helped me and got everything sorted out many thanks
