“Not your representatives fault but you were unable to change my car insurance over to my new car, which I am collecting tomorrow, as the car is not showing up as registered yet. Audi have given me a 5 day free cover to get me on the road and I will now have to phone you back on Monday to sort out permanent cover. Not a very flexible system for dealing with new cars!”

“This is the worst insurance company ever!!! They mis quoted the original package wanting to charge me an extra £25 for break down which they stated was included, they agreed to waver this then my partners date of birth was incorrect so I called to change it and they charged me an extra £20 and extra £15 admin. I stated I would cancel policy as within 14 days which they stated would cost me £48 pounds so basically I had to pay. Do not go with this company they are awful!!!”
“I received a letter to say my policy documents had been e-mailed to me, but this was not the case, I went onto live chat to explain this, and within 10 minutes the were delivered to my e-mail address. When I had tried to phone the company I was 28th in the cue and could wait up to 10 minutes, I would certainly use live chat again”
