very expensive to change the vehicle on my policy, won't be renewing

I did not renew my insurance as it was far too expensive. You have the wrong facts.

I found them very helpful when I chose One call, as a lady driver on my own wanted to be sure I had all I needed to be safe on the road, i.e breakdown cover, and all the things that go with it

Despite having a comprehensive policy I am not allowed to drive another car. The breakdown cover is not reliable, I need to pay a certain amount before someone come to assist me. Very disappointed.

what impressed me about one-call ,was that after the first year you didnt massively put up the premiums like most firms.You also automatically changed to the new rate for me doing all the work yourself.the raise was so minimal it was easy not to search around for another quote.

Found them not only great on price, but more importantly when I did unfortunately had to claim and through no fault of my own;- very accommodating. They guided me through over the phone beautifully! Thankyou

The insurance cover is on a par with most much higher priced insurers. Fortunately I have had no need to use it as yet.

Recently made an enquiry into a possible claim and when I explained the circumstances was told that I didn't have accidental damage cover so therefore couldn't claim. I wouldn't consider the damage done was accidental so went away rather unhappy at the service

This is my second year of Home Insurance with One Call. Second year's (2017-18) premium is much higher than last year (2016-17) but I am reasonably happy.

I've not had to use my home insurance with One Call however, their renewal price was cheaper than what I had been paying for the previous year so kudos to them for customer service.

Not your representatives fault but you were unable to change my car insurance over to my new car, which I am collecting tomorrow, as the car is not showing up as registered yet. Audi have given me a 5 day free cover to get me on the road and I will now have to phone you back on Monday to sort out permanent cover. Not a very flexible system for dealing with new cars!

I found them very prompt and helpful with a claim where someone had reversed into my car First class service This was the first claim since I started driving over 45 yrs
