We are Truly sorry the sign came single sided, we can have a replacement shipped out today free of charge. As far as the falling off frequently, we would love to talk to you about the installation of it to determine if there is something better we can do to keep that from happening.

“Every time I order, I'm happy with the quality to the sign. On this last order my end user had issues putting the sign up. I made several calls and sent emails. Everyone was a great help. Sending me videos and instructions to help. Even offered to get on a call with my end user to get the sign installed.”
