They e-mailed me on 7.11.24 promising no monies would be taken unless I "upgraded", but days later on 13.11.24 took £12 which shows up as a monthly transaction?!”

“SCAMMERS. As most of reviewers noted. What to do? Contact your bank and dispute the transaction. £12 is not a lot, but I would rather give it to some charity than to scammers.
Next thing you need to execute your right to be forgotten, request them to remove any personal information INCLUDING YOUR PAYMENT CARD DETAILS. If they fail to delete that information you complain to ICO.
They will not help your project/business to become successful.”

Clearly their marketing department is the wild wild west and no-one apparently is in charge. Perhaps it is time for an official complaint to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman, then to hit them with a GDPR case.”
“I PUT A FREE LISTING UP THEN RECEIVED A EMAIL TO VERIFY THE LISTING. Once you click to verify the free listing a box pops up requesting card details and says we need to verify you are not a robot by taking £1 from your account and retuning it but then they take £12 per month after that. They have charged me for a year without my consent. SCAM DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Why ask for bank details to proof people are not robots? There are other ways to do this.”

“Much like the below also lost £12.00 due to this company's website and unclear policies. There is no way to cancel your account with them/. I called my bank to block these clowns from taking anymore money. Also if you want to call them which a lot of people will they have set the per minute charge at £2.50 odd a minute. Total rip of merchants. Steer well clear. Dodgy as i'm afraid.”
“The same as everyone else. Asked me to confirm with £1, got that back. And then they deceptively STOLE £12 from my account. I'm waiting to see if they will refund me. After that, it will be Trading Standard, my bank, and every other inconvenience I can throw at them for their utter deception. Real businesses don't need to con their customers.”
