“Over all poor. Not happy over the way seeing so called specialists were used. Lack of instruction when things were over looked in the reports. Not picking up on it quick enough”

“I have been very disappointed with Jefferies and wished I had opted for another company. I never felt that they were truly on my side and fighting my corner. My messages on the app they use often received no response and I felt I constantly had to chase to make progress. They were comfortable with my case taking several years, but this was ridiculous when the defendant had admitted liability all along. In the end, I had to raise a complaint. My solicitor only had the case for a few months and then left the company too. My case was a fairly 'small ticket' one I am sure and I felt it was not important to them. Even at the last stage, I received a phone call asking me to confirm my bank details so a transfer could be made. I was naturally reluctant to share these details on an unsolicited call. Instead of helping me to work out a way around this, I was told bluntly that a note would be made on file that I was not happy to cooperate. I found this to be extremely rude. I would not use them again sadly.”
