“I believe this a scam. My item had a tracking record and then all of a sudden it shows delivered. The item was never delivered. I contacted my credit card company. I believe both the vendor and this fake shipping company take your money, and hope you won’t contact your credit card company for a refund.”

“SCAM. Ordered a product advertised on Pinterest website. When tracked it tells me that it was delivered on the same day that I ordered it (from China) and to check with the post office. Nope…”

“SCAM! The package was never delivered despite their "tracking" claiming it was. The company i purchased my merchandise from never replies to my emails. The tracking information is part of the scam to appear as if it's arriving, but it never does. And no, it wasn't stolen because we have 24 hour security with video. It's all a scam, the vendors and the fake tracking. SCAM!”

“Site does not deliver. Says it’s been delivered and signed for but package does not arrive. If you are being sent a package using 17track you have been duped!”

“Scam!!!!!!! Package ordered about 3 months ago and my tracking says delivered on the 5th. No it wasn’t. Phone number invalid so money wasted. I just disputed the charge so don’t do it and they use multiple fake sites with all the same heading that usually says something like sadly we have to close this collection. Scam. I’ve seen about 10 ads, different companies all same merch and heading. The one I ordered has now disappeared so just keep your money.”

“Tracked the parcel all the way to where I live. They said it had been signed for and delivered. No it hasn't. Why do they do this. It was a Christmas present and now I have lost my money and cannot afford to buy another present.”

“Scam. Avoid at all costs. They support scam companies selling merchandise that claims it has been delivered when it hasn’t. Obviously in on it. They even offer to track the missing parcel if you give them your credit card number and pay a fee!”

“SCAM! Please Beware! Never received anything. This is just a continuation of the scam from the seller. Please make sure that the website is legit and if you are not sure, don't use it. Someone forwarded the site to me and I usually check but was in a hurry and didn't check this time. Do your due diligence EVERY TIME!”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM …..Do not order anything. Your order status will show that it is delivered after a month and when you go to the delivery address, no item was received. Waste of time and more importantly money. Soo disappointed.”

“SCAM. The company I ordered from, Callie.com is first in line for the scam; followed by 17track who continues the scam as the shipping company. It wasn’t an expensive item, it’s the principle involved! I have never had an issue with Amazon. But buyer beware; Amazon is not vetting their vendors thoroughly. Callie.com is an Amazon vendor as well. Disappointed that Amazon is providing a platform for a scamming company.”

“That company 17 track and track 718 are scams. If you used a credit card reporting to your credit card company. Tell them that you're a victim of a scam. They would investigate and you get your money back.”
