“If I could give a minus star I would . SCAM company that seem to work with other scam companies. I wasted a month for my order, every time I emailed the seller (yinamall) I got no reply but the tracking was updated. I emailed yesterday saying I was going to contact my bank for a refund and miraculously this morning it stated parcel has been delivered! Except I’ve looked at the tracking at 9.30am and it states it was delivered at 14.37… amazing that they can time travel!!! Avoid at all costs. Am now having to order a new bank card as I paid from my account and worried they have my details!”

“This site is a scam you can’t contact them in the UK they say your item was delivered but there’s security cameras on my property, the bastards stole money from a pensioner and the QVC shop site is also a scam. Wish I’d of found this site earlier. SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“I have 2 orders, JC Penney and Tupperware ordered off facebook posts as bankruptcy sales on October 29-30. 17 track is showing Tupperware package as delivered 11-21-2024 and JC Penney package as delivered 12-1-2024. Neither package has been delivered and can not be tracked on USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Another thing, 17track does not state what method of delivery is used. Buyer Be Aware, this is an elaborate scam.”

“I have ordered 2 dresses from XWEAR for $200 and the delivery company is 17TRACK since October. Both companies are scammers please avoid them!!!”

“Tracking showed delivered on both my items purchased, but item was never delivered. I spent over 200 euros worth of tools that will never be delivered.tje site I purchased from just vanished. I think 17Track is a site that supports a whole circle of thefts and fraudulent purchases world wide, covering those that steal from honest buyers.”

“Why is 17 track support fake sites . Like I buy something online and through 17track one by one , the parcel is here ,there , custom clearance and then delivered to the address buttt I didn't receive it. So my question is whyyyy 17 track support fake sites. At the end karma will never forget anyone who is the part of scams it will definitely destroy some day.”

“They say that my package was delivered and that is a lie! I was home all day and have a ring camera that shows NOTHING being delivered at the time they say it was delivered. This company is a scam that helps overseas companies run their scams and they need to be reported!”

“I believe it's part of a scam as well! The company that I ordered from is definitely a scam! Luvme, instead of Luvme hair -the real company. I kept watch over the tracking info bc it said it was coming from Hong Kong. But it then said it was delivered to Grifton, NC, a place I've never heard of 260 something miles away. And the other fake company keeps changing their URL. I HOPE THAT BOTH THESES SCAMMERS END UP UNDER THE JAIL! AND NOW IT'S SAYING THAT THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE CAN'T BE FOUND!!”

“17TRACK is a scam. I tracked my package and it showed delivered. I am retired and was working in the yard at the time of ALLEGED delivery. Beyond that tracker shows it went from a USPS hub in IL directly to my local post office. That does not happen! I live in a small rural town. All mail/packages for our office goes thru Columbus hub, then Lancaster, who sends all mail/packages here.”

“It's a SCAM. There is no package in transit, and I have apparently been scammed out of about $75. I had no idea this was coming from CHINA! Fake ads; fake promises. The only thing real about this is the charge against my credit card, "Grace." No worries--President Trump is gonna get you now!”

“I ordered my merchandise from KBzone. They used 17Track as the delivery service. I did not get my merchandise although the tracking information states that it was delivered. And they are hard to contact. After they sent the 1st email stating how serious they take their service and how eager they are to make it right , nothing but silence after that.”

“It’s bizarre to see how this can go on stilling from so many people without getting caught! It’s always the same story 😡 Bought something from “online-w8” and 17Track never delivered it. I keep asking for a refund and now they blocked my email. But I will not give in. Even if this needs to be my life mission. Wait for it 17track!”

“This place is a scam! I would give it zero stars, if I could. If your package is shipped utilizing 17Track, you most likely will not receive it. They falsely claimed they delivered my package, of course there was no photo proof of delivery, so I never received my item. Good luck if the shipper uses this subpar company.”

“False tracking information I've had 2 package "delivered" but nothing was found anywhere both times. Don't trust this company it's just both not worth your time or money. They don't have anything to do with the packages or deliver and get all their tracking information form someone else so they are pointless. They need to change something in the company if this how the company runs.”
