I made an ASAP appt for a dead car battery replacement. The technician arrived within 45 minutes, had the battery replaced within minutes, and had me test it several times to make sure it was working properly. He had a professional and friendly attitude and told me not to hesitate to reach out if any battery issues came up. I’ll definitely use this company again if need be!

Great service! I’ve built hot rods etc for years! I didn’t have to go to a parts place; beg for a coupon and carry a battery out to my car and drive home and put it in!! Sore back!! They pull up and do it all in 10 minutes! Yes I’m out an extra 25,00 and no chiropractor appointment!

My experience was poor. I tried to cancel my service repeatedly by phone and your web portal for several hours but was unable to get through to a representative. Ultimately, I could not cancel a service I no longer needed and was charged $112 for a dispatch that I'd spent a significant amount of time trying to cancel.

I experienced a few mishaps … First the online app was not working correctly. When I explained this to staffing I was still able to get a discount (but not the same as the online discount) I was told that my battery would be tested once the technician got here. The technician told me that he only installed batteries. (No testing).Staffing put in the wrong address .Only a street number with no relevant house number.(this delayed my technician arrival). He had to call me for my address. The technician lacked knowledge on how to get my battery out of the casing. Luckily I had looked at Utube prior to his arrival and was able to explain how to remove the plastic covering .(covering that covered the floor board). Overall the technician was very pleasant and showed great patience for the things that were out of his control.

Technician was excellent and extremely fast. Had my battery change done in under 30 minutes. Problem is he was 4 hours outside the appointment window I selected. Lost my whole day waiting for him to arrive and I wasn't notified about the 2nd delay. I had to call to see where the tech was and was then notified he'd be even later than the first reported delay....

My appointment was at 11am they showed up at 3, which is ok, next day I noticed my heater stopped working, took it to a mechanic, found out the broke feeding hose for the coolant, which is on back order from Ford. Have been getting lyfts, which can be costly plus I will have to pay 240 to it fixed. I regret choosing this place, I should have gotten triple A.

Scheduling was easy, the installer was on time, courteous, respectful of property and efficient. Now for the not-so-good part. I was online searching for the AAA battery installation web site and thought that is what I was clicking on, or this company was sub-contracted by AAA. I feel the typical "bait and switch" type advertising like this going on online is deceptive and I would not knowingly participate in it. It was disappointing to realize that I could have received the same service less expensively had I actually reached the correct web page.

My battery was clearly struggling, until on a Saturday morning my car my car wouldn't start. I finally got it started and took it for a long drive to charge. The following morning, it was once again struggling, so I was looking online for a place that would do it on a Sunday. I was delighted to find a mobile service, as I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of getting it started to get to an appointment. I scheduled it online and had a tech at my house within 3 hours. The appointment window was for 2-4pm. Christian arrived at 2:06 to my absolute delight. He was clean, polite, and professional. The installation was complete within 20 minutes, he made sure my car would start, showed me what was wrong with the old battery, and took the old battery for disposal. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this service.

While the web site is easy to navigate, their follow up to service needs improvement. They promised a certain date and time. The date and time passed with no service rendered. No email was sent or text. After two days I had to contact them to reschedule. They related it was supply problems which I can understand, it’s the lack of communication that scores them a 1
