They promised to be here between 3 and 5 and got here at 3. They were able to quickly change the battery in a difficult place. All went well.

I was very please with the quality of service and professional the person that is knowledgeable in installing the battery. It was quick and I’m please! I will recommend 1800battery to anyone. They will come to your location to provide the service for you.

Another great experience with 1-800-Battery! Stewart was on time and efficient! It was great being able to drive my car again after several days (apartment garages were blocked for almost a week due to exterior painting process). The only process that was confusing was the "back and forth" with financing through Affirm. Service and product: five stars. Ease of purchase: three stars. Price: $476 is a lot of money for a car battery. I know the older the vehicle, the more it costs to have any mechanical service, but three years ago, this same service was $270! A $200 increase is a heck of a lot of money.

I had a car battery installed at my home in Jan'24 by this company at a cost of $378. Then, in June'24, the auto for which this baterry was installed, died. The AAA rep said the battery cables were loose. I then had to spend a good portion of a work day dealing with this, because, the auto's diagnostics had to be reset by a mechanic, at a cost of $163. I recently spoke with 800Battery regarding this issue, and, they have refused to reimburse me the $163. Their position is that "anything could have happened in the 6 months to cause this", wow, I am very surpised at this and will not give future business to this company.

The initial order process was easy. However, before the the battery was finally delivered and installed, the process became more and more confusing with email messages I couldn't read unless I logged on to my account. I never created an 'account' and was never required to do so. Once I created an 'account' a subsequent email advised that my order had been changed - that it would only be delivered. Responses from the online chat person were also confusing. The tech who installed the battery was polite, helpful, informative and patient. If it were not for him, I may have scored this review even lower. If hadn't of been for all the confusion, I may have scored it higher.

First guy couldn't do it but the second guy did. Glad I got it fixed . But I lost 8 hrs of my day since the first guy was lost and didn't even know were my battery is.

The technician was great. Overall, though, for the price it was not a great experience. The windows of time you book are treated loosely... If you ask for 8 to 10am , it really means 10-12. Support was responsive and the technician was friendly, but it's not like any other delivery service where they communicate proactively about your delivery. You end up having to call them 15 minutes before the delivery window is about to end to get an update. The price is very high for this sort of lackluster experience.
