“Person that came to replace the battery was not an employee of the company. It was a third party. If I had known this, I will not have purchased from you. Battery installed was not the same as what I purchased from your website either. The brand was unknown. Just hoping you honor the warranty.”

“I was stuck with a dead battery and i was happy to find your service. I would have bugged a friend to take the battery out, drive me to buy a new one, and then put the battery in (if we even had the right tools) Your technician came even before scheduled and within 20 minutes I was ready to go.”

“Super easy to book online, the person who ended up changing my battery was super nice & quick. My only suggestion would be that if you book the day before for 'first available,' it actually won't tell you the time someone is coming out the next day - it will only update the next day.”

“This is a great service to provide. I had my car running again in no time. This car battery was too heavy for me to pull out and get to a store for replacement. Eddie Davis came out and made the switch within minutes. He then made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. Wonderful service and I’ll keep the website written down for future battery needs.”
