This service was excellent! Technician arrived on time and changed my battery in less than 10 minutes. Nice guy too!

They were to be here yesterday between 2 and 4. No show they called said they would be here at 8 AM TODAY. still no show. Can not contact them thru phone text nothing. Now I'm without car for Christmas. My battery is under warranty with them also. FURIOUS

Placed order was told they would charge me until the service was provide, they charged me anyway, I waited 5 hours and no one showed up nor did anyone call. After being in hold for over an hour someone answered and said the tech had something else to do and wasn't coming. Being this is the holiday weekend and it's almost 5pm, I am without a car for 3 days. Very poor customer service

I would never use your service nor recommend it to anyone ever!! The tech that came to install an already overpriced battery was not prepared as he did not have the means to provide backup power so that my vehicle did not lose the radio code, radio settings, seat settings etc. I asked him to leave and when I called to cancel the order was then informed there would be a charge of $99. If I had only read the other numerous unfavorable comments I would have never chosen 1 800 Battery. What a slimy company.

Tech arrived and thankfully he brought a selection of batteries. After filling out the form online about my car, 800battery.com suggested wrong size battery. But tech was amazing and changed the battery quickly.

Ordered battery told about 2 hour delay. Never received. Unable to contact them using chat and email. No communication from them. Worst customer service ever. Entire staff including CEO should be fired.

Paid for an expensive Die Hard battery and what was installed was a Valuecraft which is much cheaper and only has a 1 year warranty. Emailed customer service for a credit and they won't respond. Do not use this company. I'm sending the info to the Virginia Atty General. It is fraud.

Definitely would take my business elsewhere next time. Not worth the hassle. Ordered battery @ 10:39 a.m. I was told 3 hours 3 minutes till installed.. Unfortunately i missed work.. Battery was installed @ 6:30 p.m.

Very easy to use the website and service was quick. The person who replaced my battery was awesome. He gave me updates as to when he would be arriving. He replaced my battery really quickly. He was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and had me make sure the battery was working a couple of times to be safe. He even gave me tips of how to plan/deal with winter weather!!!

Yes I paid a few dollars more than taking it in to my mechanic, but the experience was by FAR worth it. My serviceman was prompt, polite and efficient! I wish I would have know about this place a month ago! They also gave me a 3 year warranty on my battery! Will be my first call when I ned another battery!

Service was good professional and prompt, however, the battery was not a die hard it was a generic brand. That was my only disappointment.

The only negative was the first battery he brought was “dead”. He went back to Autozone and got another one. Service rep was awesome. 5+ stars.
