It took about 2 hours from the call to 1-800-BATTERY until completion of the battery installation. The man who came to do the work was pleasant and competent. I now have peace of mind that I won't be stranded due to a dead battery in this cold weather.

Ordered the battery for my Porsche Macan and it was delivered to my house 3 hours later. Had the install booked for next day, 9 AM, but technician showed up same day and installed it. Excellent quick service !

Overall my experience was just okay. Ordering the battery and getting the correct fit was super easy, the site walked me through it easily. Placing my order and selecting a time again super easy. On the day of installation we had inclement weather, which caused delays. This was communicated pretty clearly. However, the rescheduling of the appointment was far less simple, communication was not easy to come by, I had to continuously reach out to et updates and a scheduled time, no effort was made from 1800 Battery to get this matter resolved. I don't understand how I was scheduled to be completed on a Sunday, was behind others on the following Tuesday, something doesn't seem correct there. Overall better communication is needed from the scheduling group.

Amazingly imcompetent company. I had a 12-2pm appointment... no one came. I contacted them, they said someone would be there in 90 mins (4pm.) That came and went. I contacted them again, @7pm I was told no one was coming and if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. No apoligy, and I lost an entire day where I could I have used another company if they would have actually let me know that no one could come.

Great service. We had 10 inches of snow and more snow and more snow and cold coming. My battery was 6 years old and I was afraid to drive and get stuck. I saw your company on line and called about 9 in the morning and around 3 Elite Smith arrived. He was professional and did a great job.

The Technician Issac was excellent but the follow up was terrible. I called after taking the car for a ride afterwards and experienced multiple issues and no one called to follow up. Now I have to take it to a dealership for analysis because I lost the entire instrument cluster. Google shows hundreds of issues: Yes, it's not uncommon for drivers to notice unusual behavior in their cars after replacing the battery. Here are some potential reasons for this: 1. Electrical System Reset: When a battery is replaced, the car's electrical systems might reset. This can lead to temporary issues such as the radio needing to be reprogrammed or the clock needing to be reset. 2. ECU Relearning: Modern vehicles have an Engine Control Unit (ECU) that may need to relearn certain parameters after a battery change. This can cause changes in performance until the ECU adjusts. 3. Faulty Connections: If the battery terminals are not connected properly, or if there's corrosion, it can lead to poor electrical connections, causing various electrical components to malfunction. 4. The battery prices, when considering delivery and installation, are very reasonable. My appointment was same-day and everything ran smoothly. The technician was on time, courteous, and treated my vehicle with respect. The installation was efficient and made the inconvenience of a dead battery seem like nothing.

Went through the website on Sunday for an appointment. They called me and said they would be here between 9:00 and 11:00 on Monday. At 18:45, I went back to their website and started a "chat." They told me they were behind due to the weather, and they would be here at 9:00 Tuesday. They called me around 16:00 Tuesday and said they would be here at 9:00 on Wednesday. At 18:00 Wednesday, I canceled the order. A few hours late due to weather I can understand, but there's no excuse for being more than two days late. Poor communication, poor planning, poor management. Do not use.

Ordered a new battery with home install in Arlington VA for my Mercedes ML350 on a Thursday to be installed on Saturday. Technician showed up at 10 and by 1pm he still was unable to get the old battery out. He was asking my teenage son for help. He then leaves the car without a battery hooked up, car was running prior to the technician showing up, battery area tore up and car no longer able to run. I had been in touch with customer service during the visit who assured me that they would have another technician out the following day. The following morning I called at opening and they are very sorry but they don't have a technician in my area until Monday. Unacceptable to leave me with a car that no longer works thanks to a technician that had no idea what he was doing. I cancelled the order and got another company out that day to fix their mess. DO NOT CHOOSE 1-800 Battery.

We so much appreciated this service when my battery died. Our technician Kevin Hargrove, was very courteous , efficient and professional. He arrived when expected and diligently got to work. The communication was pretty good and we especially are grateful for the visit when it was snowing and very cold. Thank you, and our thanks to Kevin, for a job well done😊💫
