“1-800-Battery was amazing. I placed my order online, but made a mistake and had to call. The representative was helpful and pleasant and took care of my issue. My battery was replaced while I was out golfing! They made sure what was a huge inconvenience to me was taken care of quickly and with little effort on my part. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.”

“What a great service. The technician, Gerald M, arrived about 2 hours after I requested a battery replacement on line. He was very courteous, and replaced replaced the battery in about 30 minutes.”

“Our technician Adam arrived on time. He was familiar with my car and knew that the battery was under the rear hatchback. He worked very efficiently and gave me good advice on caring for a seldom driven car. I wouldn’t hesitate to use 1-800-Battery again.”

“Ill give the delivery a five star rating because of his professionalism and knowledge. Ill give the order person a generous three stars because he didn't order the right battery and I also was given the wrong warranty .It would be nice to get the right warranty.”

“A great idea and much more convenient then going to an auto store and waiting in line and then waiting for installation and then find it is at a better price than an auto store. Alex arrived as scheduled and did the installation in minutes, also to learn that he lives in the nearby area so that we can support our local neighbor community.”

“This service was ok during a pandemic and after I had foot surgery, in the middle of a move. It was easy to order but I’m not sure I received what I ordered. I ordered Continental Battery 94R-CS (but no warranty information was on the page where I choose to order 36/48/72 months which should be on the page you are ordering from), I ended up with a different looking battery with a 36 month warranty. Also, when I placed my order I received an update (which is fantastic) that the person would be there to install and deliver in 40 minutes, but it ended up taking 2 hours, so don’t count on that timeline. Otherwise, when he arrived the task at hand was completed on 15 minutes. The gentleman was very nice and masked up. Thank you!”
