I had a wonderful experience with 1-800-battery. Technician was on time and quickly addressed also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to website and filled in the information needed. The gentleman showed up in less than two hours and had the battery installed in ten minutes. Great service!

I was very impressed by how quickly the technician showed up with a new battery. He explained each step that he was going to follow and explained why he was doing so. He was very personable and very pleasant. I was impressed!

My order at 759AM was given an ASAP dsignation. Three emails from you befoe 1030AM changed the order status without real explanation. In a phone call from me at approximately 11AM your representative checked the status and told me the technician would contact me within an hour. At 2PM I called again and was told the technician would contact me soon. At approximately 3PM the technician did call and said he would be there in 45 minutes to an hour. At approximately 5PM I called yet again and your representative put me on hold and came back to tell me there were "traffic problems" and the technician would call me soon with an update about his arrival. No such such came. At approximately 630PM he did arrive. That is some ASAP service.

I was very satisfied with Eric. Eric is very polite and customer service oriented. 1-800-Battery kept me well informed as too what was going on with my installation.

I was skeptical at first since I had not used this service before. It was so easy and it worked. I put in my information and my preferred time. During that time slot, my technician showed up, tested my battery--and installed a new battery. The whole thing took about 15 minutes versus droppping off my truck or sitting in a repair shop for a few hours. Would definitely use it again.

Yesterday I woke up to head to the gym and my BMW X5 wouldn't start. I drove my partner's car and when I got home at 6:30 am I googled replacement battery for BMW X5. I wasn't sure if the battery was the problem, but I figured I might as well replace it myself instead of having my car towed to the dealership where I knew they would charge me an arm and a leg. I placed my order and by 7:10 am I got a text that my order had been dispatched. By 11:40, I got an alert that the battery was on the way and a notice about who the technician would be. Minutes later I got a call from the technician. He came to the house, met with my partner, got the battery changed, did the registration or recalibration that BMW requires and confirmed that my car started. I am super grateful that I found this service because I know the dealership would have charged me three-four times what I paid 1-800-Battery. I have not been able to stop talking about 1-8-Battery and I will definitely recommend it to friends, familty members and anyone else that I encounter. Thank you.

I paid for a specific battery and the one that was installed was not that battery that I paid for, but a cheaper one. I called customer service right after the mechanic left and he said he could not help me or put me on the phone with someone who could help. He gave me their generic email address and said to email my complaint there. I've now emailed twice in 5 days and haven't had a response. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Got my battery replaced by 1-800 Battery one year ago and it died yesterday. Spoke to someone and they said they would honor the warranty and it would be $50 for labor on the phone but they charged me $104. Lol. The service is relatively fast and the people are friendly but little stuff like this urks me.
