“I used the web site; ordered and paid fir a replacement battery to be installed. The confirmation message said 2 hours and 2 minutes. After an hour past that delivery time I tried to call and was in Hold fie 30 minutes, no response after the phone prompts. Given that this was the day after Christmas, I thought perhaps they were closed like many other businesses. But nothing on their web site or phone system to tell that. 6 hours after the due time, the technician, Tyeesha Holt, arrived. She said she came in on her off day to help. She was quick, efficient and friendly. 15 minutes after her arrival the new battery was installed, checked and operating. Net, she dramatically improved my opinion of the company. They do need to improve their phone prompts and web page info when they will be closed. Thank you Tyeesha!”

“Didn't receive any updates from you. I had to call for updates (but, it was Xmas Eve). Hector was amazing. I didn't need a battery, but he did his best to figure things out. I would use your service again.”

“I read either super good or terrible reviews online about 1-800 batteries, but I still want to give it the benefit of the doubt. I live in New England and my experience with them was excellent! The technician was on time and with the exact battery I ordered. The entire process took about 10 mins, at my driveway, and on the same day. I also asked the technician about the bad reviews online and he said it happened mostly in the south or west coast, where they may have fewer providers with a longer distance to cover. If you live in the East coast, I strongly recommend you to give it a try.”

“We ordered a battery on December 23 during a severe cold spell. Our order said the battery would be installed in 1 hour and 10 minutes. After waiting for several hours, we tried to contact the company and after waiting for roughly an hour, we were told it would be installed later in the day. It was not delivered later in the day and then were told it would be delivered between 10:00 and 11:00 the next day. It was delivered after 11:00 with a different battery than was shown but was installed by a very nice technician and very quickly.”

“Tech did not install new battery when I paid $400 for a new one to be installed. When I asked if he needed to register the battery with my cars computer (i have a 2008 bmw) he basically ran away. Now my car won’t start and is flashing the low battery signal. Meaning the battery installed is no good or the tech did not install it correctly. and nobody from customer service has gotten back to me over 3 days and counting. Would under no circumstances use this service again or recommend it. Website is extremely deceiving. Happy holidays.”

“They were to be here yesterday between 2 and 4. No show they called said they would be here at 8 AM TODAY. still no show. Can not contact them thru phone text nothing. Now I'm without car for Christmas. My battery is under warranty with them also. FURIOUS”

“Placed order was told they would charge me until the service was provide, they charged me anyway, I waited 5 hours and no one showed up nor did anyone call. After being in hold for over an hour someone answered and said the tech had something else to do and wasn't coming. Being this is the holiday weekend and it's almost 5pm, I am without a car for 3 days. Very poor customer service”
