“Beyond my expectations- They were at my car within 90 minutes of submitting the request (they quoted 2 hours and beat that), confirmed the battery was dead as opposed to a different problem, and had the battery installed within 10 minutes of arriving. The technician was friendly and COVID-safe, and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend.”

“When I placed my order online the system defaulted to the wrong engine size (car battery) which required me to call twice to get the right battery size to be brought. I scheduled my appointment for 830am the following day, and the technician arrived 3 hours late with no call from the company to let me know (I had to call and they told me tech would be there soon, but did not show up for 2 more hours). I had ordered a AC Delco battery, but tech showed up with the Exide brand battery instead.”

Exide and AC Delco are made by the same manufacturers and depending on the location determine the distributors and the sticker placed on the same battery,

“For the convenience, the cost of the battery and installation was well worth it. The Chat Rep Online, Ryan, was very helpful and calmed my fears about giving my personal information online by stating the chat and website was secure. It took longer than my estimated ETA; but when the mechanic, Paul, arrived he was able to quickly install my new battery. The mechanic was very polite. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend this service. Rate: 4 Out of 5”

“Availability of the same day service got me un-stranded that day. The ETA and scheduling was not good. The guy who showed up later than the ETA did the job, but was unfriendly / rude, but ultimately helpful”
