“You guys were great. I ordered a battery at 8 AM and you arrived around 2 PM and installed it. Couldn't ask for much more.”

“Know Communication after the order was paid for. Called held for long periods of time. I texted and emailed and also tried to chat online. Couldn't get to anybody. The first contact was the driver on the way. The Driver was great and apologized for the lack of contact. He did a professional job quickly,”

“Battery was delivered & installed sooner than expected. I was stuck in the parking garage at work. What a relief nit to worry about getting home or having my car start in the morning. Fast, professional & pleasant install. 5 stars all around!”

“I place my appointment for 11-1:00pm at 730am no one ever called or confirmed my appointment. When I didn't get any info from texting, emailing, and calling. I called one more time and was told sorry we don't service your area. We were hoping someone near there would pick up this service. This is totally unacceptable and then had the nerve to tell me it would be 7-10 days for a refund. I called my bank and told them what happen and was credited my money back asap. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Same day service was really important. I was disappointed when I received a call that they could not make it today as I had an appointment to get to for the next day. But then they found a way to get someone out after all, which was awesome.”

“Super responsive, the techs are awesome. Turns out I did not need a battery. Had to pay the $100 fee for the tech visit, which is completely fine. It’s now like pulling teeth trying to get a refund issues. Have left texts, voice mails, and emails with no response. Again, the response time and techs they send are absolutely excellent”

“The mechanic was on time. He wasted no time in removing his tools from the truck and went to work. Very tight space for the battery and for the tech to work. Very impressed with the technician!”

“Worked as advertised. Communication could be a bit better, but the “road hero “ actually showed up about the time of the appointment (I guess I had some doubts if that was going to be the case). I appreciate the service!”

“I'm waiting for my refund since the battery needed to be replaced. It also took far too long to get the call scheduled (4 days) with multiple no-shows without a call. The attendant on chat was helpful in the end, but it wasn't a great experience overall.”
