I have a 2008 GMC Sierra and they quoted me $250 so I called best battery on 1112 swift in north Kansas City Missouri and got it $100 cheaper with exceptional customer service.

First of all we only use Premium 3 and 4 yr batteries you can always save money by buying a cheaper product. There are 12-18 month batteries and refurbished. Second we come to you and warranty the installation. Third, you got a quote and tried to compare two different things. This is exactly why we only buy direct premium from Manufacturers. Lots of small regional types of shops actually scam the customer with inferior products. Good Luck!

Excellent company to deal with. The price of the battery was not much more than if I had gone to a local parts store to buy a battery. 1.800 Battery come to the location of your vehicle & installs it for you. "Bing Bang Boom", your ready to travel again. The installer was a very nice gentleman and very polite. I tipped him $ 5.00 for his service. The only quam I have is that I didnt get a copy of the warranty and documentation of the install date. I have emaild the company twice and no reply. Other than that I give them a BIG 5 stars....

I loved the service, but the billing process has been such a nightmare I would never recommend. I followed the instruction that the rep gave me on the phone to a T and it's now been weeks later, multiple phone calls, multiple promises of follow-ups, and absolutely no one can get me the credit adjustment I deserve because I ended up getting a lower cost service. All I hear is "our billing department is not here" "they're outsourced" "we have little contact with them" "they don't respond that much." None of this is okay and I'm utterly exhausted by wasting so much time on this.

Got the job done, but the customer service was terrible. My appointment was early morning by 10am. Long story short, it was another 2 hours before anyone got here. I called at 10:30 and I was told someone would arrive shortly, driver would text me to say he was on his way. No call, no text. He showed up at noon. However, he delivered and installed the battery, no problem. I feel someone should have contacted me at some point and told me they were running late. It happens sometimes.

The technician arrived 2 hours later than the given time window. Otherwise, the service was perfect. The technician removed the dead battery and installed the new one quickly. Then, he asked me to test the ignition before he left. The company may need to work on better scheduling, so as to make sure the technicians can make their time window.

Appreciate the service, although was left to sort out getting the radio working - not a straightforward fix. Would be great if the technician would not just remove and install the battery but would ensure the disconnect and connect haven't disrupted car function and operation.
