Same day service was really important. I was disappointed when I received a call that they could not make it today as I had an appointment to get to for the next day. But then they found a way to get someone out after all, which was awesome.

Super responsive, the techs are awesome. Turns out I did not need a battery. Had to pay the $100 fee for the tech visit, which is completely fine. It’s now like pulling teeth trying to get a refund issues. Have left texts, voice mails, and emails with no response. Again, the response time and techs they send are absolutely excellent

Waiting in refund for 20 days. My card was charged, driver came but battery brought was not compatible with the car. Have been waiting for a full refund unsuccessfully.

The mechanic was on time. He wasted no time in removing his tools from the truck and went to work. Very tight space for the battery and for the tech to work. Very impressed with the technician!

Worked as advertised. Communication could be a bit better, but the “road hero “ actually showed up about the time of the appointment (I guess I had some doubts if that was going to be the case). I appreciate the service!

I'm waiting for my refund since the battery needed to be replaced. It also took far too long to get the call scheduled (4 days) with multiple no-shows without a call. The attendant on chat was helpful in the end, but it wasn't a great experience overall.

The original purchase was scheduled for delivery between 6:00-8:00 pm on day one. At 7:50 I contacted the service desk and was told that the delivery was pushed to the next day (from 9:00-11:00). OK not happy but let go. The next day at 10:30 contacted the service desk - when was delivery. The response was that tech was behind and would be delivering at 12:30. He did show up and did a great job. Unless I followed up, I did not receive communication. You need to improve communication with customers.

5 - Great service, Micheal knew my vehicle and installed the new battery rather quickly. He then tested it and also tested my charging system which was helpful... piece of mind that I'm in good shape moving forward. Thanks!

Premium pricing but in the end it was worth not bothering a friend for help. Service tech Rob Polk was efficient and quick. His diligence also corrected the battery order which might have delayed repair further. All in all a pretty good experience. Thank you!

My recent experience results in a mixed review... While I was very happy to have a 'technician' come to my home and bring a new battery for my vehicle, I was also disappointed by the technician's lack of knowledge and skill. The young tech took a very long time to get the job done, and was only able to complete the job with my assistance. I watched a YouTube video about the battery replacement procedure for my particular vehicle, and I had to share what I learned and show the tech how to remove and replace the battery. He needed my help to lift the old battery out and also needed my help to insert the new battery. The technician was careless in keeping track of which screws/bolts he removed and made mistakes when trying to put things back together. It was only with my help and advisement that the job was able to get finished. I was not impressed with the technician's lack of skill when it came to doing the work.

Correct battery was installed, and the technician was great. However, my appointment was 1-3pm and I had to contact Customer Support after 3pm to get a status update. I was told the new ETA would be closer to 5pm - which ended up being accurate. I am understanding of unexpected delays, but I was very disappointed that I was not proactively notified that the battery would arrive 2 hours late than the window I was given, which disrupted my day even further. Probably would not use this service again due to this.

The service was excellent. Mechanic Ismael was super knowledgeable and done his job fast and with very high quality. I would recommend everybody who has dead battery call 1-800-Battery first, if you want quality, quick replacement, with very good price!
