“You showed up a day late without providing updates and I wasn't able to talk to someone about the status of my request. And after all of that, you dare to charge me for the service that you didn't render. You should be ashamed of your service here and I will make sure to never call you again.”

“The rep Corey Reneau was prompt friendly and courteous but battery took longer to replace than the 15 min quoted by one of the reps I had previously spoken with on the phone ....about 45 min. Also disappointed that he, unfortunately, broke off a small piece of the battery holder which will need to be replaced thus adding to the time and cost of battery replacement. And upset that although I initially reached someone quickly to inquire, I then had to redial several times to try to make appt after being serially disconnected and waited on hold for a total of total 3 hours while the entire time recording said would be with me in 1 minute!!! So had to give up and use live chat”

“I found the company on line. Called and they promptly confirmed they had a battery for my car and at a decent price including delivery and fitting. They took payment and a representative arrived at the building garage (Upper West Side. NYC) within 2 hours. He fitted the battery and removed the dud one. The failed one was from a well known supplier and only 1 year old but to go through the hoops to prove it a dud and get it replaced simply not worth the effort. I wish I had known of 1-800-Battery before. A great service and firmly one of my "go to's" in the future.”

“The Customer Service was friendly and courteous. The tech, when he got to my house, was very nice, walked me through the issue and was very fast with the actual car battery replacement. My only issue is that the window for the service to happen not only moved, but the tech came about an hour and a half after the second window. Other than that, a very good service to use if you have the time.”

“Great customer service (Chris) - need to have experienced installers who can recognize an incorrect battery which I fortunately caught. Also, had additional drop-down menu selections for special vehicle models. I have a FORD - F-150 "King Ranch" mod but King Ranch wasn't an option to select and it has an entirely different battery requirement than a regular Ford - F-150. Could've caused the customer a total inconvenience or vehicle to not perform (electronic fuel injection) properly not to mention the wasted man-hours. Installer did not knkw or believe the different battery (obvious size difference) would be a problem. Not a good biz model guys.”

“My battery died and wouldn't take a jump. This service was quick easy and convenient. The mapping tool that showed the technician's progress to my car was super helpful and the tech was efficient and professional. It's a little pricey compared to self-installation but worth it if you have other things you have to do.”

“24 hours late for appointment. Lied about trying to contact me to inform me of lateness. Kept me on hold for an hour just to give me the info at 6pm that my installer would not make my 1:30 appointment five hours after the fact. Did not receive any discount or apology for being a full day late. When the installer actually got to me, he was quick and professional. Everyone else I dealt with on the phone was useless.”

“I got the service, but it was not as it is offered: 1. it was offered to get at home 2 hours after ordering, they showed up the next day 2. I bought 1 battery brand and they installed a different one”

“Was given a two hour delivery window. It took them six hours to arrive. When he finally did arrive, he didn't have the right battery, so he had to go get the right one, which took another hour. Also, the tech texted me the next morning asking if we could be friends, which is very unprofessional and made me incredibly uncomfortable.”

“Absolute garbage, no one answers at their 1-800 number for 20-30 minutes at a time. I scheduled an appointment and they just never showed up despite calling and confirming. I was told that I was one stop away twice over the course of 4 hours waiting for them. I was given a nearby location the tech was supposed to be at, they were apparently at that location for several hours. Do not ever choose this place, it is a scam and is being reported to the BBB and Google so that they do not promote this scam again. I cannot even contact them to cancel the order so I have had to report them to my credit card as a fraudulent charge.”
