“They missed the installation window and there was no communication. The online chat feature asked me for the order number and then silence, never got back to me. Finally got them on the phone and they said they would be here the next morning, but again, didn't show up. More calls and they finally came but with a different battery than the one I bought. I'm handicapped and grateful for this service but it was a terrible hassle, and very unprofessional.”

“I scheduled a battery change one day before. After the two hour window passed, called them and they had not even scheduled anyone to come. I called 3 times and they lied that someone is on their way. The person arrived three hours after the time window I had scheduled for. I wasted five hours on them plus the aggravation.”

“My experience with 1-800-Battery was great. My installer Reece Smith was great! He had great conversation and educated me on cars and the maintenance. It only took about 20 mins to switch out the battery.”

“The driver was prompt and professional. A little pricey, but because of my stupidity getting me into the situation. I am very pleased and hopefully never have to again but if I was in the same situation, I would call on 1-800- battery again!!”
