Best thing ever! Scott was friendly and right on time. Took 10 minutes to replace the battery. Told all my friends and will definitely use 1-800-Battery in the future.

This was a major disappointment, started out well but when it came to the allotted time it all fell apart. Jacob called and said that he had NO TECH'S available and most were out of the area. I waited most of the day and 15mins from the time of arrival I get the call. Now we will see if the refund is handled in a timely manner and correctly. When my husband asked him if the installation could be done on my make and model he could'nt answer with certainty. He actually seemed unable to address the most simple question.

Great service! My battery was dead, and instead of calling AAA and getting a jump to go to the store and buy a battery, etc, I was able to get everything taken care of at home. I didn't have to worry about installation or disposal either.

Hello, Being 72 years old, on a fixed budget, and having recently gone through quadruple bypass surgery I need to be judicious when it comes to servicing my car and house. When my car didn't start. I was a bit uneasy, for it is my lifeline to daily necessities. Your service proved to be more than outstanding: quality, value, professionalism. I could not be more pleased with your product and empathetic/knowledgeable technician. I will sing your praises from North to South, as well as East and West. I was desperate to find some help for my daughter who just recently moved out of state with a battery issue - I googled nearby places etc to see if anyone could possibly help her. Kept seeing 1-800 battery pop up and finally clicked it. Glad I did. Easiest process ever and the prices are very comparable to the mere cost of the battery itself. Definitely worth it and will be using this service in the future.

George my technician was excellent. However, I was charge the full price for a battery and I only got a jump for my existing battery. Al, customer services, said he would contact billing to make the adjustment to my credit card for only 75$ which is the correct amount. Thank you, Paul Leonetti

In the end my truck is running and the battery is swapped. However, there was a lot of stress involved as my vehicle is pricey ($80,000) and has a lot of electronics. The technician (while a very nice albeit introverted guy) admitted he had never changed the battery in my model/vehicle before and mentioned perhaps needing to watch a YouTube video of how to perform the swap? Red alert. He also unfortunately showed up with the wrong battery which he only realized AFTER taking everything apart. I regretted my decision to not just go to my dealer for the service immediately. In the end after going back to the auto parts store for the correct battery, he did manage to figure it out and all is well - my battery is swapped and everything seems to work. But i will probably just go to my dealer in the future. The customer service folks were as helpful as they could be.

Battery was replaced but car still would not start due to multiple error messages. Technician was not able to resolve problem. My car still will not start. You should refund my money.

Service technician was not prepared for under the seat battery, I had to lend him a tool and the battery was not a Die Hard as shown when ordering online, it was a less expensive Exide. Also had to assist him in lifting the battery out of the compartment, so not very happy with my experience.
