“I cannot say enough great things about this service. They replaced my battery within 15 minutes. I can’t imagine what it would have cost me to have my car towed to the dealership and to pay for the battery installation on top of that. I love these guys!”

“I am a senior that was stranded not knowing what to do. I contacted the company and had a friendly, knowledgeable and professional tech at my house within 2 hrs. (I did not say it was an emergency). He installed my battery and made sure everything in my car was running before he left taking the old battery with him. Even showed me how to make sure the battery being replaced is dated with the current year. I will recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you for making my day worry free!!!!!”

“I experienced a error in scheduling -On the site I booked for a set time on Saturday at 10 am. -Yet somehow the company registered it as an "ASAP" order. So someone came on Friday night when I was not home. So this caused extra work and confusion in messaging to reschedule. Ultimately the issue was resolved and the technician successfully installed the battery, but the mis-scheduling was frustrating.”

“I called for help at 11.30am for a battery replacement service. On the service order I received and verbally told I was next in line for service aprox 2 hour wait time. AFTER 4 hours waiting and aprox 300.00 investment tech showed up. I called hourly to find out why the wait and was told that others were put in line ahead of me AFTER I called. Had I known the results, I would have made a different decision. BOO! Would not recommend your service!”

“Made an appointment for an on site service at a certain time and no technician showed up, neither did any communication happened. Called customer service two hours after appointment window had ended, and the person said that there was a problem and they had to reschedule for the next morning, which would not work for me. No making it right attempt! Cancelled the order and hope I will not be billed for it. Will never try to use this service again and definitely cannot recommend it.”
