“I so disappointed with the customer service that I received. My appointment was for 8 am and I called at 930am to get an ETA. The representative said that the technician was on the way. I called again 10 am and I was told that the technician was on Ashland Street. It wasn't until 12:47 when I received my first call only to be told that no one will be coming. I was told someone would be out on Sunday. On Sunday I called and the call center was closed. Later that morning I received a text from the technician that he was on the way. Once he arrived he did a great job and promptly. As for the call center they need to do a better job at communicating with customers. They offer apologies nor credits for wasting my entire day.”

“Horrible service. Installed wrong battery for car (2007 honda accord SE) and when I asked him if that was the right battery during installation he said yes even though it didn't look right. Repair guy was rude. And when I called customer service the manager said yeah it's known he is like that. A week later car wouldn't start and my state farm roadside service tech laughed at the small battery that they installed in my car. Said it maybe would work for a Honda fit not a Honda accord. Seeking replacement battery for correct one or refund asap please call me”

“The price was excellent considering it only took the mechanic 2 hours to get to us on New Years Eve. He was friendly & knowledgeable & replaced our battery in an hour. What a great service!”

“Do not use this company for car battery. When I signed up and placed my order it said 129 minutes. Once I paid it said eta 9am the next day. Figured ok, it’s a holiday. Never received an update or any other communication. No one showed up and never heard a thing. Waited on chat for several minutes multiple times and never got a person to assist. Emailed the company. Never heard back. No calls or texts. Still trying to make certain they don’t charge us to money for a battery and service we never received. I think it’s a scam.”

“When I scheduled & paid, estimate was 3 hours for delivery & install & status was basically acquiring the part. 3.5 hours later, the status had not changed so I got on the website chat & asked about my ETA. They said Austin area was crazy today & could we reschedule. It wasn’t critical, so I said ok for the next morning. From that point on, everything was great! Great guy arrived within the window, did the job efficiently & was very pleasant.”

“Our tech and customer service rep were super friendly. We knew it was a crapshoot trying to get a battery after a snowfall, but we got one delivered. My only negative experience was the site saying it would take 2 hours for the tech to come out and 4 hours later finding out that we were out of the service area. However, we were lucky enough to have someone drive out from Tacoma the next day.”

“I'm giving the service two stars because they showed up two and a half hours late for my appointment time, making me enormously late for work. This was an hour and forty minutes after the operator told me the techs would arrive when I called half an hour after my appointment time. Once they were here, they were friendly, courteous, and fast, but why would a business promise a time that they can't actually deliver on? Don't use this service if timing is important.”
