“The technician was 2 hours late due to difficulties with his previous stop, so that was certainly understandable. I had called the customer service number and they had informed me what was going on. I was grateful to speak with someone who was able to keep me updated as to when my technician would be arriving. Once he did arrive he was very quick and courteous. In less than 20 minutes he tested my old battery, removed it and installed the new one with no problem. My car was up and running and I appreciated the convenient service provided by 1-800-Battery. Thank you.”

“I was very pleased. Even though the original appointment had to be e-scheduled I was kept in the loop and advised in a timely manner. Man who drove here from Denver was very nice, tested to be sure the car started and all was good.”

“Service man was great and went above and beyond (he even ran to Home Depot to get the proper tool to remove my battery), the new battery ended up being bad and died the next day, I got stuck but was near an auto parts store. Called 1-800-battery to see if I could get even a partial refund for the bad battery, they said the billing department would get back to me and never did, not even to say I could not receive a partial refund.”

“The technician (Scott) arrived soon after I ordered the battery, despite his busy schedule and having to drive all the way from Round Rock. He made quick work of checking and removing the old battery, installing the new one, and taking the old battery to dispose of it properly. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“A great experience overall. A bit pricey, but not really for my car's particular battery requirements. When a reschedule needed to occur, Jacob (cust. serv rep) called me personally. The mechanic/tech, Joe Beltran, was absolutely awesome! On time, correct battery for make & model of vehicle, friendly, competent and funny! Thank you!”
