“My two experiences with Battery.com have been excellent. Scheduling asap often same day or predetermined time upon request! Their representatives have been very knowledgeable and expedient. Second experience I arranged the purchase online, on a Sunday, the next day, Monday, contacted by noon, arriving about 2 hours, replaced my dead battery and on to their next appointment within 30 minutes. So simple!”

“I was thrilled just to find this service but things got even better. Ordering on line was super easy. Technician called to check on best time for me and arrived promptly. The technician , Jack Wilkerson, was quick and efficient and so nice I was sorry to see him go! Would definitely use again and will tell others about this and about Mr. Wilkerson.”

“technican arrived and couldn't complete the battery replacement however he did come back next day later than anticoated however was professional .It would be easier to track status if they updated their app to make it easier to sign in via magic link for open orders”

“Installer was very friendly, but not very experienced, and ended up blowing out the instrument panel fuses in the process. He also had no knowledge of registering the battery, which is requred on BMWs. He called his supervisor and was told 'We don't do that'. Had to pay a local shop to get the car fixed and back up and running. Would not recommend.”

“I paid for a platinum AGM battery. The tech showed up late and without the proper tools. He caused some damage to the positive terminal. Then he produced a gold level lead acid battery and insisted it was correct. A text conversation with customer service established that the battery I ordered was apparently out of stock and they sent a lesser model. There was no notification of this before changing the order. Further, the cost for this battery was over $100.00 less than what I was charged and I have not been refunded. This was a terrible experience and I seem to be out over $100.00”

“I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy . The technician called me before they even came and began harassing me for a tip. I refused and the technician continued harassing, saying "come on man, $10, $20 dollars!" I contacted customer service because I did not want this person coming to my house after this interaction, and was told that was their only tech, so I requested to cancel. After cancelling, I was told that I would be charged $125 for the tech being dispatched, and they would investigate the matter with their escalation team, as their tech said I was lying. Of course he was going to say that, because he was breaking their policy. The manager on duty I spoke to was empathetic, but it's absurd that a manger cannot cancel a charge for a cancellation due to their employee's inappropriate conduct.”

“Was two hours late. Fianlly after my contact your firm I received tracking information etc. Came right in and starting to replace the battery. Told me that he needed to take this phone call, so I left the area. Did the job quickly and it was the battery as expected. I offered something to drink or food when he left he refused. Was very efficient. You could send him back anytime.”

“The technician was good and quick. However he arrived two and half hours after appointment time. Things happens, but no one notified of the late arrival. I emailed and the second phone call succeeded in getting a person who said he was 35 minutes away. Communication is important in business satisfaction.”

“Do not use this company. They currently owe me two refunds and have stopped responding to my messages. Every battery I’ve received from them has lasted less than two years! Spend your money elsewhere!”

“My experience with 1-800 Battery was beyond my expectations. I, sincerely, could not be more satisfied with the professionalism of every person I spoke with. Their phone service was friendly and their technician was stellar. All in all, friendly people replaced my battery the same day for a reasonable cost. What more could you want?”
