“Scheduled a battery replacement between 8-9 in the morning and informed I had to be somewhere by 11:00. No one showed up and when I tried to call the 800 number I could never get through in two hours. It would count down the callers in front of me until I was the next caller and then disconnect. Then the technician arrives at 11:30 when I’m gone. Really disappointed!!”
