“Excellent service! My Cadillac CTS battery was completely dead in my garage. I called 1800battery and within 45 minutes they were at my house! A new battery was installed. No signature was required. 1800battery.com took care of everything! I’m extremely impressed!”

“Order #22660, appointment date March 4, 2022. Technician was 1/2 hour late and unable to change the battery. I have emailed a request for a refund, with no reply. I have called and spoken to your operators Bianca and Alec, both were apologetic and Alec said he would take it to the company President. I am still waiting for a refund. Due to the aggravation that started with your technician I request a full refund of $268.17.”

“Nice guy but he was 3 hours late I had to cancel appointment which cost me $25 did a great job but would have been nice if you'd let me know when he was going to be late. Had to call the 800 number twice to find out what was going on.”

“Poor communication. Took 2 days to replace my battery. Tech was super professional , but the experience wasn’t good. I could have towed my car and had it replaced by a reputable shop. Finally installed at 10 pm at night .”
