“I ordered a Odessy Battery but when the battery arrived it was not what I ordered. The serviceman, who was very nice , called the office and was told that they didn’t carry the Odessy battery but would send an equivalent. The service man installed the replacement battery. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO MY ASKING FOR THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE BATTERY,”

“The person that came out was given the incorrect battery so they tried to install for 90 minutes before realizing it was too big for my car. They had to leave and pick up the correct size battery. Probably took 3 hours to complete the install.”

“RV engine battery was dead. Called 1-800-BATTERY. Less than 2 hrs later the truck arrived with exactly the battery I needed. Tech was super nice and speedy. Took out old battery, cleaned up the battery connections and holder and popped in new battery. Cost was $224.00. My RV company wanted me to bring in my coach (impossible with a dead battery), drive 20 miles to the shop, and their cost was $262.00. Saved myself 2 hours at least and got the job done properly and quickly. Highly recommend 1-800-BATTERY. Oh and the new battery has a 3 year warranty so if anything goes wrong, i just call them and a new battery arrives because they are nationwide. Go job, Guys!”

“Ordered a battery to be installed in one hour. 1.5 hours later called and was told only one tech, tomorrow? No needed today. 1.5 hours later tech arrived. Wrong battery. Tech said, "I told them wrong battery." 1 hour later; wrong battery. "I told them wrong battery." said the tech. Now must wait until tomorrow. Next day; right battery installed. About 20 hours late. Also tech forgot to reinstall battery shield around new battery. I'm OK paying premium prices for fast service but these guys are a joke. Buy elsewhere.”

“Because the technician was overwhelmed that day, he did not arrive within the scheduled 2-hour window, and he did not contact me to tell me he would be late. I had to call the 800 number and wait on hold for nearly a half hour before a CSR was able to address the issue and confirm that he was coming, but would be an additional 90 minutes late. Once he got here, he was extremely apologetic, courteous and efficient and had the installation complete within 10 minutes.”
