“Herm and David needed to borrow my electric drill with the philips screwhead attachment so they could loosen up the screws on my kingsize bed with drawers. They didn't charge me an hour labor because of the previously quoted price. Draging the bedframe across the outdoor carpeting tore it. Sliding it across and down step carpeting didn't tear the interior carpeting, though.”
“Guys were great but prices were too high for 3 items - I was a rolled up area rug, one was a plastic storage bin for 2 garbage cans - 4x4x6.. $469 plus 20% tip was $550. Could have gotten a dumpster for $375… not sure I’ll use your company again 😟”

“Wish I had thought to take pictures, as we were cleaning out an estate home that no one was living in. Gentleman came and cleared out all of the junk furniture and then went through to grab extra junk that we assumed would be trash. They then helped load 2 pieces of good furniture into our rental van and packed it so nothing would move.

“Contacted these guys for junk removal after clearing out a family member's condo where most of the items were not salvageable. Robert, the Operations Manager, promised me a great rate and showed up himself to do the job with a partner the very next day. He and Ryan were incredibly professional, efficient and personable. We had so much stuff that I underestimated the amount of furniture they would need to take. There were no hidden fees, and Robert gave me a very gracious quote for the return trip to handle the extra items I had overlooked. Robert returned the following day and handled some heavy furniture and the remaining trash all by himself. If I was a recruiter, I would have offered Robert a job on the spot! Incredibly impressed with the efficient work and pricing integrity. He could have easily inflated the rates due to my own miscalculation of how much furniture needed to be hauled.
