“The personnel were very courteous and efficient. My only question is that I was told that you would try to donate the recliner couch if possible and it was just loaded on to of a full truckload of “junk”. The couch was fully operation and could have been very useful to a needy family. That being said, you provided the service I needed. Thank you.”
