Your website seems somewhat misleading. The 'link' for payment methods is not a link at all. I asked for a quote and got 'starts at $49'. I properly filled in all the info about my couch and it was interpreted incorrectly. Which would have cost me more money. Barkatt, the customer service rep in Ontario, tried hard to evade my questions and upsell me. However, he was really sweet but seemed to be under lots of pressure. It took 14 minutes on the phone to get an actual quote and to learn payment methods. The getting out of my house part was great. I filmed it for posterity. Overall I can give you a 7 on a 1-10 scale.”
