“The movers were great, professional
and courteous. That said, for you to charge $368 for a single item pickup (a small vanity with mirror) is an absolute ripoff. I will never use your service again and I will share the cost on social media to warn others.”
“$800 to remove 10 bags of trash, a tv stand, 4 small chairs, and a nightstand that took ~20minutes with me doing half the work. Will not be doing again.”
“Friday August 15, 2025 I had the pleasure
of experiencing two of the most professional, helpful young men I have yet to encounter.
Moving from Charleston SC to Napa Ca required extensive reduction of years of “stuff”
They treated me and all my “stuff” with respect and care. Proficient, courteous , tidy and very affordable they reduced what I had to move.
Thank you does not come close to my appreciation.Sincerely,
SANDY Octogenarian”
“Dave F. & Jamal were amazing! They came out the same day I called & cleared out a large corner of unused stuff from my basement which filled their truck in no time flat!! Great guys & a great company to work with. I will definitely use them again...”
“Darius was amazing! He took away 1 full mattress, box springs, bed frame, 1 king mattress, box springs, bed frame, and miscellaneous items by himself and so quickly! He was kind, professional, and fast! I would definitely use Got Junk again and request Darius! 100% satisfied customer!”
“Would not use this service again. They gave me an "indication" of what it would cost over the phone, then followed up with messages saying that their service is priced on volume, do you want to add other items. When they arrived, the servive is charged on Volume, AND weight, then they wanted to add labor costs on top of that, then because one item had a plug, they wanted to add more costs, and their price was 10 times higher than they had suggested it would be over the phone. Negotiated a lower price, but still paid significantly more than expected. I would not use this company again, purely because they are not upfront about the actual cost, then once they are in your home they go for the hard sell. It's just a poor way of doing business.”
