The coordinator called me early and let me know my crew would be coming later than expected and I was glad for the call. The time I expected the crew passed and I figured I would get bumped to the next day which I mentioned I was fine with. The crew wound up coming later that evening and they were worth the wait! The crew was so nice and polite even though it was the end of the day. The guys really did a great job and I had the best experience because of them! I looked at the empty yard later and just smiled! The office does not give upfront details of all the charges, they claim the price is based on volume, but this is not true. They charge extra for labor and different items. The fee schedule is crazy. Be careful with this service.”
