“Two team members (Noah and Nick) informed us of their travel schedule and when they would arrive, hit their target time, promptly assessed our many items for removal, gave us a quote for the variety of items, then began disassembling our largest pieces, put everything we decided on removing into their truck, and promptly left. It was breath-takingly swift and efficient. No hassles, no changes, no bargaining -- just straight-forward, honest removal of items that we no longer could use or had room for. We paid a reasonable price for top-flight service and convenience. Definitely would use them again.”

“Unexpected I found out that my whole room of guest room furniture (bed, chest, two night stands, lamps, mattress, box spring, bed frame, pillows, bedding, etc.) was not being taken. We called 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the evening and by 9:00 AM the next morning you were here packing up everything very carefully. I was amazed. What I especially liked is that I was told the furniture, which was clean and in good shape, would be taken to your warehouse and put back together so that it can be donated without charge to a needy person. Your men were very courteous, careful and very nice to work with. I definitely recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK!”

“The company was great in lettiing us know arrival time, etc., and Tye and Darren were exceptionally cheerful and adept at cleaning out our attic, including navigating a pull-down attic stairway and decades of dust. We were very impressed and appreciative!”
