“I have used 1-800-GOT-Junk a few times, both here and in other locations. These guys arrived on time, were courteous and helpful and took care of my junk removal quickly. The only reason I gave four stars is because the prices have gone up (like everywhere else) and $159.00 to remove a rug seems like a lot. Still when I have more items I'll likely call them again.”

“2 very friendly and professional strong young guys came and explained their process and gave me a price to haul away a heavy power recliner and a very heavy tube tv. They were were quick and efficient. A bit pricey but worth it to me. Also glad to hear they would donate the recliner and recycle the tv. Glad to not add too much to a landfill. Happy with my experience and would call again and recommend to others unable to remove their iown items. 5 star service, 4 star price.”

I wish the company was more transparent about the pricing. I was surprised that the quote they gave me was more than 3 times of what I expected.
The advertised $49 is for something small like a microwave or similar. So if you have something more I'll advise you call first and maybe that can save both parties some time.”
