I needed last-minute help because we all have more stuff than we think. They were able to provide service the same day, but I booked for the following day. They provided a 2h window when I made the appointment. I received a phone call ~20 minutes before the window with the actual estimated time of arrival and arrived ~5 minutes before that time. Doug and Edgar introduced themselves, explain that at anytime I wasn't satisfied I could ask them to stop or let them know, went through the items to be removed, provided an estimate fee, and other misc policies. Once I gave the okay and they answered my questions, they went to work right away. They removed everything I asked, not more or less. It was fantastic! I would hands down recommend them for all your stuff-removal needs.”
