Whewn they arrived he greeted me, surveyed the debris, provided an estimate then proceeded to remove the debris into their trunk. Damien was courteous and professional and his partnersuper helpful (swept of the garage before they left). I highly recommend 1-800-Got-Junk, and especially Damien and his partner.”

Your communication throughout the process was extraordinary between consistent texting & a call from Matt at your local office. I always felt that any question I had was only a phone call away to be answered by a person immediately without going through “push button hell”! The day of the work, Nick, I believe the lead guy, called ahead & arrived as he committed! After doing the pre-job walk through, Nick explained the pricing & what would happen next. The truck was partially filled & Nick said they could go unload the truck & come back to ensure I felt the quote was accurate (He said I needed 1 3/8 load). I said no & to move forward. While they had to leave w the 1st load, they returned quickly. Every bit of the truck was loaded the 2nd trip. Very professional group from start to finish!”
