Was also offended that I had to rate the service I received before they would take my payment. Felt a bit like a hostage in that situation. I'm grateful the company came the same day I called. It is a needed service. And I appreciate that the person that I worked with was polite.”
“The Service Crew was fantasric! They got my 56-pound 42-inch Samsung DLP down the stairs and out of to their truck with no problems. I am 79 with a bad back and they put my 23-pound 40-inch Samsung TV onto the table for me. Both gentlemen were very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
