“I have talked to your team in the past but was not quite ready for their services yet because I travel a lot for work. I was finally able to be local this week so I was able to purchase a new couch so I could get rid of the old one. My couch was delivered yesterday. My old couch was also still in the living room. I went on the site this morning to find a date I could get my old couch removed. This was a Wednesday morning close to 9AM. To my surprise, I was able to book an appointment for that day. They literally showed up right at 2 hours later (same day I made the appointment) and took away the couch and a mattress topper I needed to get rid of. Your service is OUTSTANDING... and that is hard to find these days. The first time (quite a few weeks ago) I reached out, your entire team was patient and professional. Today, the same was definitely true. The employees I spoke to on the phone were very professional and friendly and the gentleman who came to my apartment and took my things away was also extremely professional and friendly!! I will definitely refer others to you and I truly appreciate the great guest service. My schedule is limited by my work so the convenience of this service is awesome!! Thank you again!”
