I supplied the masks as I will be having surgery and can't risk catching anything. They thanked me for making a big, neat pile of items to take as it made their job easier. I have used your service a few times before and would again.”

You don't give an estimate until you get to the home and then your driver doesn't really show you the prices clearly, just swiftly flashes it at you then gets his calculator to give you the price! Don't think I would use Got Junk again!”
“The crew called ahead and asked if they could start earlier than planned; I agreed. They arrived at the specified time and did a thorough inspection of the items to be junked. They showed me a pricing chart which broke down the different options. I was told it looked like I would fill a full truck, but if it turned out to be less, I would only be charged for what the truck held. They worked quickly and efficiently, asking questions if they arose. They even moved an item from the attic closer to the attic porthole for easier access in the future. The *only* thing that was surprising to me was that I was told by the main office that no tip was required, yet when the time came to make payment, I was shown an additional screen asking what my preference was for tipping. I do not tip plumbers, electricians, handymen or other professional workers, so I did not tip. This was accepted without comment. Overall, I was highly satisfied with both the actual job and the final price which was much less than I anticipated.”
“The 2 men, Jonathon and Sean, that arrived to pick up my old sofa were very polite and courteous. They helped me move some art work and took down a sconce that was in the way. Both of them had great senses of humor and made the whole experience comfortable. Quick and efficient!!! Highly recommend.
