But the company's practices, upon reflection, strike me as being deceptive. I asked the person on the phone who scheduled the appointment for some idea of cost. I understand that's difficult, but she should have told me there is a minimum. I would not have made the appointment had I known that. And she could have provided it. The free estimate strikes me as an opportunity for the company to embark on a sales pitch. It ended ok for me, but still, I don't think the process is honest. At the time, because Alex and Joe were so accomodating, I assumed I would call you again. But I don't think I will now because it's not possible to determine if the minimum charge would be increased. In the end, I feel like I was mislead.”

“I went online and book an appointment for the same day. The 2 fellas arrived promptly. I got a 30 minute warning prior to their arrival. They were extremely professional. Walked me through the entire process from load/unloading, to pricing. Everything was very transparent, and the estimate is always free without any obligation. In addition, they were so polite about if there was anything else I wanted to consider them moving and if there was anything else they could do.
This service is 100% hassle free. If you are someone who has a bunch of stuff and dont want to lift a finger.
Just think about it, there is a service out there, that responds to you in the same day, and they can (in my case) empty out a 1500sq foot basement worth of stuff in 2 hours.
