“I wanted an elliptical removed from my garage. Before the movers came I received a bill for $900. I was lucky I saw the email to dispute it. They kept telling me someone came to my house the day before to clean out. Finally this problem was resolved. Before the movers came I was given a price of $149 minus $33 for a promotion. When the movers came they said there was an extra charge of $169 bringing the total to $285. I told them I refused to pay that for 1 item one person rolled down the driveway. After back and forth on the phone with Jamil the original price of $116 was accepted. The movers, Jamil and Marcus were very nice.”
