“I had a terrible experience with 18montrose and will never shop here again. I tried to return a pair of shoes, but they refused to accept them, even though they were unworn and in the original packaging. Their return policy is extremely rigid and unfair. On top of that, their customer service is awful—completely unhelpful and nearly impossible to reach. I sent multiple emails and tried calling, but getting a response was like pulling teeth. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.”
“Shipped me sneakers in a bag and the shoe box was completely destroyed. I'm a sneakerhead and consider the shoe box a part of the product. They wouldn't cover return shipping and I had to come out of pocket $60 just to send the damaged product back to them.”
