“If you think you’re getting next day shipping, they will take ur money and take their time shipping it. it won’t even be out on a plane or truck it’s still
in their warehouse and it’s the next day. it should be out for delivery but it’s not because they’re horrendous at their job”
“This is the biggest scumbag company I've ever had a deal with... I buy a lot of Auto Parts online and this is the first time I've ever been sent the wrong brakes and rotors and when I contact the company they said I would have to pay $80 shipping to return the wrong parts and they don't stock the parts that I need. It was their mistake not mine this is a dirtbag company and I strongly suggest staying away from them go to Amazon where that guarantee actually works this place really sucks”
“Just after I had lost 1.3BTC to a scam investment platform, I started searching for a legitimate crypto recovery agent that could help me recover my funds from the hands of the scammers. During this process, I was scammed of about $8K by fake agents who claimed to be legitimate. I just gave up and lost all hope of ever recovering my lost bitcoin. However, thanks to a blog comment I read on Forbes that recommended a trusted recovery agency called RecoveryHacker101, I immediately contacted them and provided all the transaction records, and they told me they had started the investigation and recovery. It took about 2 weeks, and all my coins were sent back to my wallet. The best thing is that this recovery agency doesn't ask for an upfront fee; they take payment from the funds recovered. I really appreciate their work and I recommend them to anyone in need of a crypto recovery agent. You can contact them via e-mail at recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com.”
“If 0 stars were an option - I would.
This company is a scam. I bought rear rotors/pads. They arrived late so I had to go a different direction due to the issue's urgency. I finally received the item, never opened the boxes, submitted for a return, returned the item, never got my refund and then today, I learned the company planned to zero out my return and not refund my money because the rotors were allegedly "scuffed" or "used." This is impossible - unless the sent me "scuffed" or "used" rotors - as I NEVER OPENED EITHER BOX (rotors or pads) RECEIVED - AND RETURNED THE BOXES UNOPENED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAPING. I finally received a partial refund - but considering the condition of the product they say was "scuffed" or "used" in an unopened box, I should have received a full refund. I will never do business with 1A Auto again, and I recommend anyone considering doing business look elsewhere.”
“TRQ PERFORMANCE BREAK and rotor KIT 2002 camaro
Terrible squeaks after 1 week of use
And squeaks when I turn the wheel a bit to the right should’ve just kept my old oem brakes lol waste of 250!.”
“Ordered part for 2012 Town and Country. Package came with visible damage. Damaged the parts. Went to 1A Auto website to initiate the return (part was $140+) I was advised to keep the part, not necessary to return it. Refund was credited to my bank in 2 business days. They suggested it any part of parts were salvageable to donate to local school automotive program. Super impressed all the way around with this company. Have already ordered from them again.”
“when you need to return something they're not your friendly seller anymore, they look forward to screw you with the return cost.it can be very high almost to half of what it cost the item.I purchased an item worth $95 ups wanted to charge me $45 for the return label.they also switch the return reasons so the one that helps you not to pay,it dissappears like magic!find out about returns costs etc first, before you purchase!you can find almost anything through amazon!I let my guard down instead of going to amazon first!what a bummer!”
“Very poor quality parts specially suspension parts which have bushings. I did order complete front suspension and non of bushings last a year. I lost my money and replace with dealer items. Do not buy any thing form A1 Auto it will be complete waist. Bushing quality they have is so cheep that does not even last on bicycles.”
“Your trq mds solenoids are sub par and I will NEVER shop with you again I bought 4 mds solenoids for my charger and they had to tear my car down a second time to replace 1 of your brand new solenoids because it failed immediately. Thanks for nothing!”
“💩 company!! I spoke to customer service. Gave vin # for brake pads and rotors. They sent the wrong parts. I contacted them and they stat we need more info now. After they verify the wrong parts were sent. Now they won't exchange or take the wrong parts they sent back. Stay far away from this company. They do not know what they are doing. They take your $ and run. Just go to local auto parts store for the extra couple bucks. Now I'm sitting here with all 4 rotors and sets of pads that are wrong and out over $250. A1 AUTO PARTS/ TRQ PARTS ARE 💩”
“Bought 6 coils for a 2002 Pathfinder within a month all 6 went out. I had to buy coils at a local store and had no more issues and 1A auto parts refused to replace the parts nor give me a refund”
“The window switches they sent didn't match up, I ordered the correct ones yet now they're refusing to pay for the shipping back. And previously I ordered sway bars and the bushings didn't fit right, so they wore out in less than two months I had replace them costing me another installation fee. I'm definitely unenthusiastic with the situation.”
“Ordered parts online, "guaranteed to fit", however when I received the part and began to put the part on, it physically wouldn't fit - no way to even begin installing the part. A call to their customer service resulted in them discovering that they had sent the wrong part (for the next year of vehicle). I agreed to ship part back (at my expense), but never received a refund. When I called to ask about a refund, I was told the part appeared to have been installed, so there was no refund. As I said, the parts they sent me, were the wrong parts and physically could not be installed, in fact, they physically wouldn't fit and were never installed. I was told to wipe the parts down (no smudges or finger prints) and send it back, so I did. Still no refund. It makes on wonder how their warranty service works and makes me very skeptical of ordering anything from them again.”
“this place is a joke, sent me completely random items that I had no idea what were for and now I cannot get my brakes done because they sent me the wrong items.”
