“I like it but I haven't taken them because my dr. Put me on different. medicine so I'm seeing if I'm ok on it. So, drop my order until I call back.”

“I’m taking 1 balance and sea moss. I started them both at the same time. Not a good idea. I can say the combination has given me more energy. My hair,skin and nails are great.More mental clarity and I’ve shedded a few pounds.”

“I have lupus and much joint pain (inflammation) throughout my body... I feel so much better taking these supplements... still working on sleeping better.. hopefully the new adjusted I receive soon will help with that too!”

“I appreciate what 1Balance does and the quality of your supplements. The reason I have removed a star is because I swore I was told in the beginning that there would be food recommendations? Maybe I'm making that up but if not, I never received them. Thank you!”
