“Very happy that the service agents followed up on the delivery and kept in contact. Would still recommend that for at least Philippines to change the end delivery away from PhilPost and hopefully offer DHL end-to-end service as PhilPost is terribly inefficient and prone to theft.

“Placed an oder and when the good s had not arrived chased them. They advised that my payment was declined - I sent them proof of payment and they then said they would refund me. They said they processed on 26th March 2021 and when I have chased them state they are having technical difficulties!!
