“Total scam. They took my money but cancelled my order due to that they can’t deliver to Sweden. Now I have a store credit I can not use because they can’t ship to Sweden.”
“They are a scammer. I placed order for 3 times and every single order take forever to process until over a month and I am the one have to ask them what is the status of my order. They said the system rejects when the item may be - Not Permissible/ D.G. (IATA) / Discontinued/ Wrongful/ Restricted/ Controlled/ Prohibited or Unavailable by (i) the export country legislation, (ii) import country legislation, (iii) aviation requirements, or (iv) manufacturer's or brand's territorial restriction. All my money are stuck at 1outlets.com as store credit. How am I gonna get my money worth when every time I ordered something, they will give same excuses like above and cancel the order, refund money as store credit. You guys please don't even think of browsing their stuffs as you won't be getting the items from there at all. It's a scam.”

I asked for refund = reimbursing me the money, they kept answering with in-store credit (why should I buy anything from them when they couldn't ship it?!).
