It was incredibly easy to set up. No fuss insurance with added bonus of cheap RAC cover. Excellent service.

Best thing I ever done Stuart guided me throughout as I was changing Insurance Companies as my renewal price was ridiculous. Stuart guided me throu the procedure. No hassle good information and thanks to Stuart I saved £80. Thank you Stuart.

Their prices I found were very competitive. It was the best price for me. Found their website was very straight forward and quite easy to follow. I would defiantly recommend.

Below “Very Poor” Poor service and attention to information provided on numerous occasions. The Policy Analysis Team clearly don’t understand what they are doing and trying to charge for their mistakes. Bought insurance back in March to start from April 2020. PA team waited nearly a month to contact me (past 14 days within which I could of cancelled the policy) about extra documents they required to validate my policy. All provided apart from the proof of address which I don’t have due to recently moving house. Now trying to get £191 off me to correct mistake they made. Contacted customer service on Thursday 14th May to resolve the issue, just to be told that the issue cannot be resolved and a manager will call me back in the next couple of hours. I’m still waiting for the call! Don’t have anything bad to say about the girl that tried to help me with the issue, complaint is against “the manager” and “the policy analysis team”. Will not recommend 1st central to anyone in the future! Shame considering I never had a problem with 1st Central previously.

Cheap Car insurance but they asked me to upload some documents, Photocard driving licence, Unique DVLA check code and Proof of NCD. And then the same for my Dad who's name is on the policy. Which I already fundamentally disagreed with due to them keeping our driving licenses, making them easily available for counterfeit. But I uploaded them without kicking up a fuss about 10 days before they required all of the documents. I rang up and told them two days later that I had uploaded them and that they were 'Pending Acceptance'. They said it takes 5 working days for them to accept the documents. Fair enough. But I went along thinking they would sort it. I check the website 10 days later and they're still 'Pending Acceptance', I go to my emails and they've cancelled my policy and charged me £75. I ring up on the Saturday and they say they can't do anything as it's a different part of the company that deals with it so I'll have to call back on Monday. I am such a fool for putting my trust in an insurance company.

While the process of applying online for !st Central I found their communication poor. The information I'd expected was not there until I contacted them.

Well done 1st central! This is the first time I've had a renewal quote that was cheaper than anywhere else. Usually I have to switch each year to get the best deal but not this time👍👍

Great insurance company. Low price with additional extras like windscreen, recovery etc etc. Most important i think is if you need contact them its really quick not like other companies max 5 min.
